Cypress Lakes is a small custom home community off Washington Acres Road in Hampstead, NC. Homes here were originally built between 2014 – 2016 by Bill Clark Homes and range from 1,800 sq.ft. to 3,500 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-4 baths. The original site plan for the community had just 32 homes, all of which are located on large lots (a half-acre or more). The community is heavily wooded creating relaxing scenery and additional privacy. But what really sets this community apart (and keeps it at the top of many most-wanted lists) are the details in each home. Arched doorways, extensive decorative molding, custom lighting, unique windows, gorgeous wood flooring, 42″ cabinets, home theaters, spacious bonus rooms, and lovely built-ins and fireplace surrounds are some of the features you will see in homes here.
At the entrance of Cypress Lakes off Washington Acres Road, there is a small subdivision called The Oaks at Cypress Lakes. There are roughly 14 homes in this neighborhood and the primary builder was H&H Homes. These homes were built around the same time as the rest of Cypress Lakes and by 2016, H&H Homes had 5,000 homes total under their belt; so they had plenty of building experience and their homes show it. H&H Homes is known for quality, energy-efficient homes that have features that appeal to new home buyers, including open floor plans, chair rail molding, wainscoting, coffered ceilings, built-ins, flex spaces, and spacious master suites with walk-in closets.
Cypress Lakes is located 5 minutes from shopping, dining, and health facilities in Hampstead. For even more options, the Porters Neck area of Wilmington is just a 10 minute drive away.
