Wanet Landing

Wanet Landing is a new community from SouthEast Custom Homes in Rocky Point, NC. It's located on the south side of NC Hwy 210, between Clarks Landing Loop Road and Apple Blossom Drive. The community has just under 40 acres and is proposed to have around 46 single-family lots that around half an acre in size. 18 of the lots will be included in phase 1. A mailbox center and bus stop are also included in the building plans.

SouthEast Custom Homes is based in Hampstead, NC, and has been building homes in our area, as well as South Carolina, for over 2 decades. Floor plans for Wanet Landing have not been released yet, but will be between 1,200 - 1,500 sq.ft. They'll start in the high $180,000s and go up to the low to mid $200,000s, and will take approximately 4 months to complete. Homes by SouthEast often include open concept floor plans, vaulted ceilings, coffered ceilings, fireplaces, built-ins, granite counters, decorative molding, and more. We expect just as much attention to style and detail to be paid to the homes built in this community.

SouthEast Custom Homes plans on having some homes completed by sometime in June 2019. They are working with a preferred lender and attorney to provide incentives for home buyers.
