Copperfield

Copperfield is a residential subdivision located in West Bay Estates in the Ogden area of Wilmington, NC. Originally a Stevens Fine Homes neighborhood, the homes here are primarily two-story Craftsmans with stone accents and open concept living spaces. Construction began in the early 2000s with floor plans ranging from 1,300 sq.ft. to 3,200 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 baths. Homes in Copperfield include feature upgrades that you don't often to see in other subdivisions of West Bay Estates, including trey ceilings, crown molding, granite counters, large pantries, wood flooring, and master suites with soaking tubs and separate showers. Fenced back yards are common, as are screened porches and patios.

It's important to note that some areas of West Bay Estates will be affected by the Military Cutoff Road Extension project. You can review all information for this project, including aerial maps, on the NCDOT website. We highly recommend that you check every property of interest against these maps, especially if you wish to avoid road noise. When viewing the maps, the diagonal red lines are the properties that will be affected by road noise.
