Emerald Forest

Emerald Forest is an established community located off Middle Sound Loop Road in the Ogden area of Wilmington, North Carolina. It was originally developed by Bill Clark Homes in the 90s and early 2000s, but new constructions have also been built since then. Though most homes in the community are over a decade old, they hardly show it. Bill Clark is known throughout the community for their dedicated craftsmanship and attention to detail. The result is homes that not only look great but last much longer.

Emerald Forest homes have a wide range of square footage options available, stretching from 1,250 to 3,400 square feet. Each home has 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 4 bathrooms. With lots of choices, buyers can select the home that best suits their need and wants. Homes start in the mid $100s and top out in the mid $300s. Emerald Forest's affordability makes it an accessible opportunity for buyers at many different price points. However, its well-crafted homes make it an incredible value at all price points.

Located in northern Wilmington, Emerald Forest possesses a terrific location with routes to the area's finest shops, restaurants, and attractions. Emerald Forest is within walking distance of the award-winning Ogden Elementary School for which it is districted. Currently, residents are also districted for Noble Middle and Laney High School, but we do suggest verifying these before buying as districts change from time to time. Emerald Forest is also a short drive from the new Publix at Ogden Marketplace. The new commercial development features the 45,600 square-foot grocery store as well as another 30,000 square feet of other commercial space, which will be occupied by primarily local businesses. Though Ogden Marketplace is the closest commercial development to Emerald Forest, it is far from the only one in the area. Mayfaire Town Center has been a longstanding favorite among residents and has continued to expand in recent years.
