Lake Brewster is a single-family home community located off Carolina Beach Road near Monkey Junction in Wilmington, North Carolina. The community has just over 150 homes with styles ranging from traditional to coastal-inspired. Homes start at 1,200 square feet but stretch as large as 2,500 square feet and feature 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms. The average home measures 2,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Prices start in the high $100s and extend to the mid $200s but average in the low $200s. With so many options at so many different price points, there's something for everybody in Lake Brewster.

Lake Brewster doesn't offer any fanciful amenities but does provide quality homes in a well-designed community. Located in a naturally rich environment, Lake Brewster doesn't waste the abundance of nature around it. The community is built around several lakes and the wildlife that surrounds them. The largest lake sits at the back of the community and has a large green space around it. The area is designated as a recreation area for Lake Brewster residents and can only be accessed by two cul-de-sacs in the community. The abundance of green space can be difficult to maintain, but the homeowners' association handles the upkeep of these common areas. Residents pay a small HOA due each year, but the payment ensures the community continues to look its best.

The community's location situates it among some of the best restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The Monkey Junction area has been growing for a long time now, attracting more both local and chain businesses. Lake Brewster is within earshot of everything the burgeoning area has to offer. Not to mention, Lake Brewster is about 15 minutes from Carolina Beach, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and 25 minutes from Wrightsville Beach.
